Your information, kept with care.

When you join a membership, the Wolf community or the Dragon, or register for a session, I keep your name and email address, which memberships you hold, your monthly contribution and any commitment term, the sessions you register for, and the answers you give in the join forms.

Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

To provide what you joined: access to sessions, Zoom links, confirmations and reminders, and to manage your membership. This is necessary to fulfil our agreement.

To send the monthly community email — only if you ticked the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, and your consent and its date are recorded.

Stripe (payments), Resend (sending emails), Supabase (the database) and Vercel (hosting the website). Each processes data only on my behalf. Your details are never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

For as long as you are a member or part of the community, and up to two years after, unless the law requires longer — for example, payment records kept for accounting.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@thewolfwisdom.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
